6-Month Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. Every Ozera Studio mousepad is covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of order against manufacturing defects and any quality issues that arise under normal usage conditions.
This includes issues such as print fading, material defects, stitching issues (if applicable), surface peeling, or bonding issues between layers. If any such issue occurs, we will provide a resolution after verification.
What’s Covered
- Print fading or color loss (under normal use)
- Material or manufacturing defects
- Stitching issues (if applicable)
- Surface peeling or layer separation
- Rubber base defects (slipping or deformity)
- Bonding/glue issues between layers
What’s Not Covered
- Cuts, burns, or physical damage
- Liquid spills or stains
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
You will be required to provide:
- Order details (name, order ID, or phone number)
- A photo of the bill/invoice
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
Inspection & Resolution
All claims are first reviewed based on the submitted proof.
If required, the product must be sent to us for physical inspection.
After inspection:
- If a valid quality issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided.
- If no issue is found, the same product will be returned to the customer.
Ozera Studio reserves the right to make the final decision based on inspection.
Shipping & Processing
- Customers may be required to ship the product for inspection.
- If no issue is found, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Warranty claims typically take 15 to 30 days to process, including verification and replacement dispatch.
