OZERA STUDIO – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ozera Studio, every product is made-to-order and produced in limited quantity. Please read our policies below carefully:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

– Orders cannot be canceled once production begins (typically within 2–4 hours of placing the order).

– If cancellation is requested before production starts, we will attempt to cancel and issue a full refund.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

As we offer limited-edition, made-to-order products, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike of design, or minor aesthetic variation.

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

– You receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery

– You receive a product different from what you ordered

To request a refund:

– Go to ozera-studio.in/return-replace

– Request refund within 7 days of delivery

3. ELIGIBILITY & PROCESS

– After verification, if the issue qualifies, we will issue a replacement or initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.

– Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

– No returns or refunds are applicable on sale or discounted items unless the item is defective.

4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted for:

– Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

– Delay in delivery caused by courier agencies

– Minor design or color shifts due to display/print differences
